{"id":1747,"date":"2026-07-15T17:06:41","date_gmt":"2026-07-15T16:06:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mediaconversation.com\/?p=1747"},"modified":"2026-07-15T17:06:41","modified_gmt":"2026-07-15T16:06:41","slug":"delta-miss-bold-beautiful-2026-ethiope-easts-onajite-emerges-winner-wins-%e2%82%a62-million","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mediaconversation.com\/?p=1747","title":{"rendered":"Delta Miss Bold &amp; Beautiful 2026: Ethiope East\u2019s Onajite Emerges Winner, Wins \u20a62 Million"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>By Opudu Favour<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Glamour, elegance, and entertainment filled the atmosphere in Asaba on Sunday night as Onajite Purity Okitavwota, representing Ethiope East Local Government Area, emerged winner of the Delta Miss Bold &amp; Beautiful 2026 pageant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Onajite defeated contestants from across Delta State to claim the coveted crown and a grand prize of \u20a62 million at the colourful grand finale attended by fashion enthusiasts, entertainers, government officials, and supporters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The competition featured different categories, including cultural wear, evening gowns, talent displays, and interview sessions focused on leadership, education, and youth development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After several rounds of competition, Onajite Purity Okitavwota was declared the winner and received the official crown, sash, and cash prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Miss Okpe emerged as the first runner-up and received \u20a61 million, while Miss Uvwie finished as the second runner-up with a prize of \u20a6500,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In her acceptance speech, the winner expressed appreciation to the organisers, sponsors, and supporters. She pledged to use her platform to promote education, youth empowerment, women\u2019s development, and community service during her reign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event also highlighted Delta State\u2019s growing fashion and creative industry, with contestants showcasing elegant evening gowns, traditional outfits, and designs created by local fashion designers.
