They noted that the court&#8217;s intervention seeks to maintain stability and ensure that due process is followed pending the hearing of the substantive application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The judgment has generated interest among members of the council, who are closely monitoring developments ahead of the next court sitting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parties in the suit are expected to return to court on a date to be fixed for the hearing of the Motion on Notice.
