Asagba<\/strong>, appealed to Delta State Governor <strong>Sheriff Oborevwori<\/strong> to intervene and ensure the completion of the building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In response, Governor Oborevwori revoked the original contract and directed the Ministry of Higher Education to commence the process of completing the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hope now appears to be on the horizon as the governor has invited qualified contractors to bid for the completion of the landmark edifice. The decision represents more than the completion of a building. It marks what many see as the end of over two decades of uncertainty and the beginning of a new chapter in the university&#8217;s administrative development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In fulfilment of the governor&#8217;s pledge, the Delta State Tenders Board has listed the completion of the Senate Administrative Building among the major projects opened for competitive bidding under the Ministry of Higher Education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the tender notice signed by the Secretary of the Delta State Tenders Board, <strong>D. B.
