Delivering the final sermon of the program, pastor  Chike emphasized the fundamental Christian Pillars of loving God, loving oneself and loving others. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He highlighted personal development as a crucial expression of self love. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pointing to the success of church founder Pastor Christian Oyakhilome and modern digital creators, he encouraged the youths to take initiative rather than waiting on government for employments.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe best way to love yourself is by investing in yourself \u201c, pastor Chike stated.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSo many people have used the phones in your hands to become celebrities- your phone can make you rich, learn a skill\u201d.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The highlight of the celebration is the ambitious relief initiative announced by Pastor Chike who unveiled plans to distribute food items to 1,000 persons on Sunday August 2, 2026 which is aimed at alleviating economic hardship for local residents. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe plan is to feed 1,000 people, not with cooked food, but with raw food items\u201d, he stated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The announcement sparked immediate support from church members, who stepped forward with donations of bags of rice, bag of potato, cartons of noodles, cartons of tomato paste, carton of spaghetti, carton of cooking oil, bag of salt.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The celebration ended with intense worship sessions and joyful thanksgiving. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Attendees expressed deep appreciation for both the spiritual and physical nourishment provided throughout July.      <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAt first, it was about the food, but then it became more about the fellowship with God\u201d shared Kelechi Charity, an invitee. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cBeing fed with the word of God and also with food, I have gotten energy for the day and peace for my soul\u201d, stated another attendee.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The organizers stated that the month of joy is a tradition observed every July by Christ Embassy branches worldwide to spread love, peace and harmony within the society and that it will also hold again next year.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Anthonia Okposo A massive crowd gathered at Christ Embassy Church, Bembo Branch, on Sunday July 26, to mark the grand finale of the annual \u201cMonth of Joy\u201d celebration, concluding a month-long spiritual journey led by resident pastor Chike with vibrant thanksgiving, teaching and community outreach commitments.
